Depending on method of payment all installments must be paid before or on the date agreed upon. 1f using a credit card payment, all installments will be charged to the credit card on file on the date agreed upon.
Late or Missing Payments
When there is a late payment, the student will receive a late notice within three (03) days of the missed payment (agreed upon) payment date shown in the Payment
Arrangement. If payment is not made for an additional 3 days, the payment will incur an additional $50 late fee (extra charge). Then, if the payment plus late fee remains unpaid for an additional four (04) days (10 days late total), the student will be required to meet with the director to discuss a way to resolve the situation. If the unpaid tuition and late fee are not resolved as determined in the meeting, the student will be dismissed from the program.
Refund Policy
This Policy applies to student withdrawals and to school dismissals. Also, the termination date for refund calculations is the last day of actual attendance by the student.
Rejection-Any student rejected by the program will be granted total refund of all monies paid.
Three-day cancellation. All monies paid by an applicant shall be refunded if requested within three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment. 100% Refund-If student chooses to withdrawal from the program within the first week of classes a total refund will be granted.
Amazing Smiles Dental Assisting will issue a 100% refund to student:
50% Refund-If a student cho·oses to withdrawal from the programs after 25% and less than 50% of the program completed, they will be granted 50% tuition refund.
After 50%-No refund will be granted
Special Scenarios-In the case of emergency, illness or death in the family, or other circumstances that require withdrawal from the program the school will back a refund reasonable and fair to both parties.
Discontinued Class-If classes are discontinued by the program, the school will have 30 days to restart the program or to pay a full refund.
Books, materials, and supply fees will only be refunded if the items are returned in like-new (re-useable) condition within 1 day of the student’s withdrawal or dismissal.
